Fort Misery Featured Game of the Month!

July 5 & 6, 2008

Come join us for the July Featured Game of the Month in Fort Myers, Florida! Take a long weekend and enjoy the beach and sun, then come game with us. We will be running Mage: the Awakening, Vampire: the Requiem, and Changeling: the Lost.

There will be a site fee of $10 per person. This will cover you for all three games!

Please bring two copies of your character sheet, one with XP log. Characters can be pre-registered through email with the VST of the appropriate venue. This will make it easier for the ST to plan the game and possibly provide plot cookies.

Characters with any approval items High and above, as well as any custom approvals learned at Mid, need to send their sheets with all proper approval information to the venue's VST by Thursday, July 3, 2008 to receive approval on those mechanics otherwise the mechanics or character may not be allowed to play.

Directions

Going south on I-75 - Take Exit 136 Colonial Boulevard towards Fort Myers. Turn right onto Colonial Boulevard and travel west 2.6 miles to Veronica S. Shoemaker Boulevard. Turn right and then left onto Executive Circle.

Going north on I-75 - Take Exit 136 Colonial Boulevard towards Fort Myers. Turn left onto Colonial Boulevard and travel west 2.8 miles to Veronica S. Shoemaker Boulevard. Turn right and then left onto Executive Circle.

Crash Space

The hotel has both standard rooms and suites available. The room block is "Camarilla" and the block includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

Standard: Single King with fold-out couch (sleeps 4) or Double Queen (sleeps 4). $89/night.

In honor of the 4th of July, one of the local Cabals, The Saints, is hosting a barn party with fun, food, and a scavenger hunt.

Special Notes
Per the Q&A released by the AMST Rules, Justin Gaskins, all precasts must obey the following ruling.

Q. When combining spells, you need to allocate successes to each spell. How does that work beyond the primary spell factor? For example, duration?

A. When combining spells, you must allocate successes to each factor of each spell individually. The Duration of the effect is the shortest Duration of the combined spells. It is possible for the Potency of each effect to be different (even if the Primary Factor for both) and the required Potency to dispel the effect would be the lowest Potency of the combined spells. It is possible for factors like Number of Targets and Area-Affecting to be different, and each individual spell of the combined spell only affects the number of targets or area allocated to it specifically.

Vampire: the Requiem
The Cirque de Nocturne is once more hosting a night of fun and entertainment, with special shows provided by the circus's side show ghouls. Prince Tod Gray is rumored to be hosting a special contest during the gathering.

Changeling: the Lost
Summer is in full swing and the Summer Court changelings of the Freehold of Fort Myers will be hosting a luau in honor of the season. Presided over by the Summer King, there will be contests of strength and sport for those interested as well as some other special entertainments.
