Fort Misery is a Chapter of The Camarilla, the official fan club of White Wolf, Inc. We are a live action role play (LARP) group, based in Lee County, Florida. We are focused on charity work and social gatherings. The venues we currently have are Vampire: The Requiem, Mage: The Awakening, Changeling: The Lost, and Geist: The Sin-Eaters.
Not sure what this LARP thing is? Imagine your standard table top RPG, then expand it to include thousands of people all over the world. Local games consist of an average of 10-20 people, while regional and national events can host upwards of one thousand people. Instead of sitting around a table, we are up and moving around, holding conversations and dressing up as if we were our characters. Instead of rolling dice, we use a simple system of cards (Ace through 10) to determine outcomes.
